Guess Who: Upcoming Movie Based On Disgraced Actor

Mumbai Mirror has published a blind item about an upcoming movie which is based on the life of a disgraced actor.

He debut film garnered a lot of critical acclaim. He was then signed on by a prominent studio, which produced some hit films starring him. There were several rumors of him hooking up with his co-stars. Despite being married, he did not shy away from the playing the field. Some of his co-stars alleged that he himself planted these stories. People who worked with him claimed that he had become too arrogant & that success had gone to his head. But no one expected him to do the unthinkable act of raping his domestic maid!

Rape it turns out is where bollywood & the fans draw the line. While bigger celebs have gotten away with underworld links, murder, killing animals, bating up GF’s, cheating on their GF’s/wives(one actor is guilty of all these crimes)rape is unpardonable. But then again if a superstar was accused of rape, would the fans & the industry boycott him? If the MeToo scandal is any indication, the big fishes can get away with rape as well. All the big names are now let off scott free, despite several women coming forward with their stories.

IT’S often said that films owe their inspiration to reality. But there’s an upcoming movie which is ironically based on a tinsel town incident.

Obviously, it shook the industry and hurled the actor in the eye of the storm. He was treated as a pariah by the fraternity for quite a few years.

While later he did get a film, which also did reasonably well, he hasn’t been seen ever since. Coming back to the forthcoming release, the makers have taken some cinematic liberties to ensure they’re not caught in any legal wrangle.

Especially because the movie has already had its share of legal wrangles before it went on floors
