Guns And Gulaabs Season 1 Ending Explained

The 'Guns & Gulaabs' Ending: Did Tipu Kill Atmaram?

Guns & Gulaabs is a new Netflix Hindi crime thriller dark comedy series starring Rajkummar Rao, Dulquer Salman, and Gulshan Devaiah. The series, created and directed by famed writer-director combo Raj and DK, is set in the early 1990s in Gulaabgunj, India, where the major crop is the opium poppy. Tipu, the protagonist, strives to convey his love to the local school's English teacher in the midst of this environment and an illicit opium trade that keeps going wrong. Guns & Gulaabs may not be innovative in terms of narrative or final surprises, but the filmmaker duo's trademark aesthetic makes it a highly pleasurable watch.

In the last episode of Guns & Gulaabs, the opium cache changes hands regularly, and it appears like Tipu and Arjun will finish the deal with Sukanto. When Dheeraj and Atmaram abduct Jyoti, Arjun changes his mind and drives the opium-laden truck to Dheeraj's hideaway in order to save his daughter. On the other hand, as Jugnu's soldiers execute Sukanto and his men, the opium buyer is likewise removed from existence. The majority of the Ganchi gang is also murdered in this confrontation, putting them out of competition for the narcotics stockpile.

Tipu, who was on his way home after leaving the vehicle within the jungle, meets Gangaram and Lalkrishna's acquaintance, who tells him about the kidnapping. Tipu runs to the abandoned factory after learning that Chandralekha is also in danger.

Arjun manages to take down Dheeraj and obtain the full quantity of opium at the end of the subsequent battle. Arjun resolves to give in the whole drug hoard to the government authorities, despite Pratap's threats against him, because there is no customer for the narcotics and he wants to alter his ways. The NED officer decides to tell his wife about his brief romance with Yamini and no longer fear blackmail.

Finally, Yamini hands over the negatives of the images to Arjun, indicating that they were always with her rather than Pratap. Her confidence that Arjun is, after all, a nice man compels her to put aside the negatives for the time being. Arjun, on the other hand, is adamant on confessing his adultery to his wife.

Guns & Gulaabs began with the death of Babu Tiger and the note he left for Gangaram, and more about this is revealed only at the conclusion. Babu Tiger had left his revolver as the only bequest Tipu would receive from his father. The goon had told Gangaram something and asked him to speak the words to Tipu, but Gangaram now acknowledges that he has forgotten what these words were. It's possible that the statements were demeaning or condescending, and Gangaram opted not to repeat them after witnessing Tipu's bravery. In any case, Babu Tiger's statements do not appear to be noteworthy. Tipu manages to fire Atmaram with this gun and knock him down, despite being stabbed three times and seriously injured. Tipu feels happy that he has successfully exacted his retribution as his pals Bunty and Chandralekha drive him to the hospital, and the guy seems to die while being hugged by his beloved.

Back in the hospital, Ganchi is given the shock of his life when Jugnu appears, entirely dressed as a lady. Jugnu admits that they have always secretly identified as a woman imprisoned in a man's existence and have now chosen to abandon the ruse. After removing Ganchi's oxygen mask and therefore murdering him, Jugnu declares that they now want to be known as a woman and will be leading the Ganchi gang from now on.

The finale of Guns & Gulaabs also implies that, despite being shot from close range, Atmaram has managed to survive, almost like a fabled figure with seven lives. Tipu's bullet brings the total to five, while Atmaram still appears to have two more remaining in some incomprehensible magical way.
