Hrithik Roshan Gets His Own Slice of Mannat At A Massive Rs 97 Crore

Hrithik Roshan is officially the owner of two lavish and sprawling properties in Mumbai. He closed the deal last week and is now a proud owner of a penthouse and an apartment in a high-rise Mumbai.

According to reports, he has finalized the purchase of a penthouse and an apartment in a high-rise on Juhu-Versova Link Road in Mumbai. And splurged close to Rs 100 crore on the property purchase. Hrithik has been living in a rented space. He finalized these properties about a month ago and closed the deal last week. Isn’t it unbelievable?

The property is truly what dreams are made of as it spreads over a massive 38,000 square feet. The penthouse takes the 15^th and 16^th floor of the building and cost Hrithik Rs 67.50 crore for the duplex, the other apartment is on the 14^th floor which cost around Rs 30 crore. Thus mansion is called Mannat and the Roshans plan to integrate the three floors. The family will have access to their private lift and are allotted 10 parking spaces. The view will be an uninterrupted one of the Arabian Sea. The apartment will also have 6500 sq feet opened to a sky terrace. The registration for the apartment is done and dusted and Hrithik paid around Rs 1.95 crore as stamp duty.
