Hera Pheri is among the most loved comedy films in Bollywood. There was a lot of outrage on social media when Akshay Kumar announced that he is backing off from the third installment of the franchise due to dissatisfaction with the script. According to reports, Producer Firoz Nadiadwala reinitiated the conversations with Khiladi Kumar on public demand, as they want to see Akshay Kumar in the role of Raju again. One week ago, Pinkvilla reported that the trio had reunited at the Empire Studios in Mumbai to discuss the future of the film and it was also their official meeting regarding Hera Pheri 3. 

Now, the actors have started the shooting of the film today in Mumbai. According to a source close to the development of the film, the original Hera Pheri gang has reunited to take the franchise forward. They are now confident that Hera Pheri 3 will do complete justice and will be loved by the audiences. The first installment of the film went on floors in the Mehboob studio in Mumbai in 1999, and now 24 years later today at the same place the shooting of Hera Pheri 3 started. Apart from the iconic trio, Hera Pheri 3 will also feature some more acclaimed actors and it is going to be the biggest comedy franchise of Bollywood. The director of the film is still unveiled by the makers. 

 

The film features Akshay Kumar as Raju, Sunil Shetty as Shyam, and Paresh Rawal as Babu Rao. The first two installments were loved by audiences all over the world.  A lot of memes have been made regarding the first two installments, and Hera Pheri 3 has created a lot of hype on the Internet. Fans are super excited to watch the iconic trio again on the big screens.
