Priya Sachdev Kapur (born 1977) is an Indian American businesswoman who has founded high fashion boutiques in several Indian cities as well as an e-commerce fashion business. Sachdev begun her career as an investment banking analyst – M&A at UK industries at Credit Suisse First Boston in London. She continued there till March 2002. By the end of this year, she returned from UK to India and joined her family business TSG Pvt. Ltd. Sachdev is the group director, corporate communications internal and external of SONA Group. She is also the managing director of SONA Autocomp Holding Pvt. Ltd.
Sachdev founded TSG International Marketing Pvt. Ltd., the parent company of luxury boutique "Kitsch", with a pan-India presence.

She and Vikram Chatwal (Hotelier in the US) met at a dinner party organized by a socialite, Queenie Dhody. Chatwal is famous for his Casanova picture and has been a regular feature in the New York nightlife circuit. The two became great friends and one fine day Vikram finally suggested her and they got married in 2006. The wedding has been a much-hyped one as it was spread across three Indian cities and required 10 days for the ceremony to finish. The marriage was attended by over 600 celebrity guests and the guest roster comprised international celebs such as Bill Clinton, P Diddy, Patricia Velásquez, Naomi Campbell, and Lakshmi Mittal amongst others. Several Indian celebs also were encouraged. The wedding cost was estimated at around 20 million USD.
But, the much-hyped marriage did not last long and the couple divorced in 2011.
Sunjay met Priya in New York five years ago and hit-it-off instantly. The two really supported each other during their tumultuous Divorce phase which made their bond grow stronger. Finally, after five years of dating and a subsequent divorce from their respective partners (Karisma Kapoor and Vikram Chatwal) the two decided to tie the knot.
Priya and Sunjay’s reception was a chic affair and was hosted at the famous NoMad Hotel in midtown Manhattan. Priya’s best pals such as Fashion Entrepreneur Kalyani Saha, Malini Murjani, Zeenia Singh and sister Charu Sachdev were by her side.
They tied the knot on April 13, 2017, and were pronounced husband and wife. The wedding was followed by a grand reception party that had taken place at The NoMad Hotel in New York. Sunjay and Priya are enjoying their marital life and it’s been 4 years since they have built their happy nest with two kids, Safira (Priya’s daughter from her first marriage) and their son, Azarias, who was born in December 2018.
