Is Kangana Returning Her Awards?

When AIIMS and CBI officially prove affirm that Sushant Singh Rajput committed suicide, Swara Bhaskar and others have their swords pointed at Kangana's statement of returning her awards.

On 7th October, 2020, the Bombay High Court granted bail to Rhea Chakraborty with Rs. 1 lakh bond, who was arrested over the drugs-related indictments in late Sushant Singh Rajput’s case. The court, however, has rejected the bail of actress’s brother, Showik Chakraborty, as the charges against him are still under investigation.
Although the medical committee appointed by AIIMS submitted the report proving Sushant Singh Rajput’s suicide, Bollywood drama just never seems to end.
Earlier, on Republic TV, Kangana Ranaut who has been quite vocal about the former actor’s death and the ‘movie mafia’, had said related to the case, ‘I am telling you, if I have said anything, which I can’t testify, which I can’t prove, and which is not in public domain, I will return my Padma Shri.’
Now that Sushant’s suicide has been officially proven, an enormous troll brigade is ready to retort Kangana on the basis of the statements she made on RepublicTV. One of them is Swara Bhaskar, who had vaguely alluded to Kangana’s statement as she tweeted, ‘Hey! Now that both CBI and AIIMS have concluded that #SushantSinghRajput tragically died by suicide…weren’t some people going to return their government bestowed awards????(sic)
To this, Kangana Ranuat counterattacks by tweeting in Hindi, ‘I will return all my awards if I have lied or accused anyone wrongly. This is a promise of Kshatriya. I am a devotee of Lord Ram. Promises are of greater value than my own life. Jai Shree Ram(sic).”
She also ventures forth to share the related interview on Twitter and mentions to all those who have been attacking her on the basis of statements, to watch the video again if their memory is weak.
