Plot
Ranjit Rai and Harbans Lal Saxena are two well off businessmen who loathe the destitute. In any case, Ranjit's child Ajay meets with his childhood companion Raja, a destitute technician; whereas Harbans's girl, Madhu is great companions with Kajal, who is moreover destitute. They settle up Ajay's marriage with Madhu by getting their marks on a marriage certificate by duplicity and without their information; and send Ajay to meet Madhu at Harbans's put in Ooty.
