Kartik Aaryan Was The First Choice For Stree, But He Chose Luka Chuppi Instead

Kartik and Shraddha had been offered to star in the movie 'Stree' and 'Luka Chuppi' together by Dinesh Vijan. 

At that time Kartik wanted to stick to doing romantic comedies after the success of Sonu ki Titu ki Sweety and chose to do Luka Chuppi.  Its been said that Kartik regretted not doing Stree and jumped on to and lobbied a lot to sign Bhool Bhulaiya 2 to get over that regret. 

Well we loved Kartik in Luka Chuppi. Isn't it? I don't feel he must regret choosing Luka Chhupi. If Stree was a hit even Luka Chhupi was! No one would have played Vicky better than Rajkummar Rao in Stree and same goes for Guddu in Luka Chuppi. We can say everything fell into its place for the movies. Though we are super excited to watch Bhool Bhulaiya 2 with Kartik in it!
