Koffee with Karan - Season 8, Episode 1 - Review 

The most awaited and exciting show of the bollywood industry is back! Yes, we are talking about Koffee with Karan 8. Well, if you saw the promo, Karan had confessed of the mistakes he had some as a host in the previous season and how he isn't going to repeat here and the show has had a bit of a transformation to make it real and fair for all the guests on the couch. The show is available on Disney Plus Hotstar. 

Were you excited for the show? Well, we definately were and it rose to the next level when we saw the first pair on the couch are Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh. The couple looked sizzling hot together and their all black outfits added to it. There was love all around the room. 

Let's first talk about the show, as said there have been some changes in the flow and elements. Earlier there was a rapid fire and a game in the playzone and now we have a small game with the host and then the rapid fire. It seems like this season is going to be more about talks rather than games and stuff. 

Now talking about the first episode, it was clearly a hit! DP and Ranveer even shared their unseen wedding video on the show with KJo getting all emotional. The couple talked about their journey of how they fell in love, dealt with the ups and downs including DP's depression phase and it was a much needed talk. We could definately see Ranveer all into Deepika as he wasn't even taking his eyes off her once. For a while, I found the episode to be all about Karan having a conversation with DP and Ranveer staring at her. I wish Ranveer had a little more involvement in the conversations rather than the just his wife. Talking about the games and rapid fire, both of them played well but I wasn't okay with the audience decision for the hamper. 

You can definately watch the episode. I would rate it a 4/5.
