Why Hungrito 7.0 Was More Than Just a Food Fest

Hungrito Food Fest 7.0 was no ordinary eat joint but an entrepreneurial venture stage. Numerous booths were operated by local foodpreneurs and emerging chefs who turned the venue into an experiment with showing creativity and gaining exposure. The festival also emphasised the Gujarati culture of entering into business, dhandho (entrepreneurship), by combining business, feast, and community integration. The fest, supported with good logistics, ample parking, and safe management, strengthened its position as one of the largest food carnivals in Gujarat.
