Made in Heaven Season 2 Review

Are you a Made in Heaven fan? Well, if yes then you must have watched the latest season of the series on Amazon Prime Videos. It stars Sobhita Dhulipala (Tara Khanna), Arjun Mathur (Karan Mehra), Kalki Koechlin (Faiza Naqvi), Jim Sarbh (Adil Khanna), Shashank Arora (Kabir Basrai), Shivani Raghuvanshi (Jazz), Mona Singh (Bulbul Jauhari), Trinetra Haldar (Meher Chaudhury).

Well, after all the hype and popularity of season 1, the audience was eagerly waiting for the season 2. The storyline remains the same with Tara and Karan planning and making marriages happen for the rich and luxurious families. The season 2 bought two new characters of Bulbul and Meher and I feel it was required to bring in something different in the season as all the existing character had already done a lot on their parts. This season has a lot of gay intimate schemes with love making. And after a point, I was kind of getting bored of it because there was no clarity and sense of commitment. I feel it has somewhat misinterpretated the concept of homosexuality as Karan was seen with just cocain and hook ups with random guys. But there were too many lessons in the season and it was too much for the brain to take in just seven episodes. It felt like a thick book of morals just before an exam.

I would they leveled up the casting for each episode with Mrunal Thakur, Radhika Apte Dia Mirza, Neelam Kothari and Pulkit Samrat. Talking about my favourite character, Obviously Tara is an all time one but I also liked Bulbul and Dia Mirza. The makers also included some international locations which raised the taste of the series. Also I was very impressed by the outfits of the entire cast and each bridal look has a story a elegance within it. I really loved Radhika Apte's subtle Dalit bride look. Which one did you like the most?

I would rate this season a 3/5.
