The relationship between Arjun Kapoor and Malaika Arora Khan has gotten a lot of attention. Malaika Arora Khan was married to Arbaaz Khan, Salman Khan's younger brother. Arjun had a relationship with Arpita Khan, Arbaaz and Salman's sister. Arjun and Malaika continue to deny that they are dating or seeing each other. Still, with the exception of Sohail Khan, who is cool with everyone, we see the Khan family avoiding Arjun on public platforms. Here's a rundown of what transpired.

Salman was Arjun's mentor and the one who encouraged him to pursue a career in acting. Arjun worked out with Salman and went from being overweight to fit and slim, ready to make his acting debut.

Salman Khan has been royally avoiding Arjun Kapoor while they are in the same position since the whole affair came to light years ago, and among other controversies as well.

Arjun spent so much time at Salman's house that he and Katrina became fast friends. Katrina was with Salman at the time, and they were living together.

Katrina also made Arjun his rakhee brother, and Arjun was allegedly writing a film for her; however, he was heavy at the time and had no intention of becoming an actor. Katrina and Arjun have been friends since then. Why not, because peas from the same pod (or anything along those lines!) swim together?

Arjun and Arpita had been seeing each other for a while. This was back when Arjun was chubby and always hung out with Salman Khan. They ended their relationship, and the Malaika-Arjun affair began.

Arjun is widely believed to be the reason for Malaika and Arbaaz's divorce. Why not, given that Arbaaz stayed in the relationship after discovering Malaika was having an affair with Arjun.

If these two hadn't been caught, none of this would have happened. Arpita, who was at Malaika's house at the time, had apparently spotted the two of them together.

Obviously, she told everyone in the ‘Khan'daan, and chaos ensued.

When she separated from her husband and moved into an apartment, Malaika continued to welcome Arjun late at night, and Arjun was once photographed at her home after midnight. Both of them have remained silent despite having evidence.

Malaika had an admirer from the United Kingdom who had been giving her expensive gifts and wanted to marry her, according to a blind item. There was no admirer from the United Kingdom! It was all staged to divert attention away from her relationship with Arjun Kapoor.

Arjun and his co-stars had never had any kind of friendship. All were created by the public relations departments for their respective films in order to generate buzz for the film.
