RGV’s Wife Slapped Urmila

Urmila Matondkar has been and will always be one of the unique actresses in Bollywood who was known for her acting skills. She made her Bollywood debut with the actress Narsimha. However, Urmila was also known for her love affair with director Ram Gopal Verma.

While Urmila was shooting for her film Rangeela, the director Ram Gopal Verma had fallen head over heels in love with her, so much so, that he named a room in his office after her. However, as this affair had reached the media, it had troubled Ram Gopal Verma’s wife, Ratna.

RGV’s wife had been so disturbed by her husband’s affair that she slapped Urmila. However, there were also rumours that RGV had separated from his wife, as he was greatly in love with Urmila. 

Be that as it may, there were also rumours stating RGV’s breakup with Urmila as she found out about his other love affairs. However, RGV does not state these rumours regarding his relationship with Urmila or any other woman to be true. RGV mentions that he was enthralled by the beauty of Urmila and he even backs her up when the actress was called a ‘soft porn star’ by Kangana Ranaut in September 2020.
