Shahid Kapoor, Vijay Sethupathi To Star In Raj & DK's Fakes

RAJ and DK have zeroed on keeping 'FAKES' as the title for their next AMAZON show.
Starring SHAHID KAPOOR and VIJAY SETHUPATHI in the lead, the show is said to be a Reworked and longer version of the director duo's shelved film 'FARZI' which was supposed to star SHAHID KAPOOR, NAWAZUDDIN SIDDIQUI and KRITI SANON in the lead but ARJUN KAPOOR and FARHAN AKHTAR replaced SHAHID KAPOOR and NAWAZUDDIN SIDDIQUI, and later on the film got shelved.
The script underwent lot of changes and character of VIJAY SETHUPATHI has been added and in the first season, the focus will be on 'CAT and MOUSE' game between SHAHID and VIJAY's characters and there wont be any FACE OFF scenes between them.
Also starring RAASHI KHANNA, REGINA CASSANDRA and BHUVAN ARORA, the show will premiere in mid 2022.
