Show Based On Uphaar Cinema Fire Titled Uphaar To Be Made Soon

ENDEMOL SHINE has greenlighted its next show based on 'UPHAAR CINEMA FIRE' titled 'UPHAAR'.
The show is based on 'TRIAL BY FIRE' by SHEKHAR and NEELAM KRISHNAMURTHY who lost their kids UNNATI and UJJWAL in the fire and have fought the legal battles against the ANSAL BROTHERS to get justice on the ground of non availability of fire safety plans in the theatre.
The ANSAL BROTHERS have been sentenced to a SEVEN YEAR term in prison for tampering of evidence with a fine of 4.5 CRORE yesterday by SUPREME COURT.
The show will be directed by PRASHANT NAIR (Umrika, Made in Heaven) and have completed shooting last week and will premiere in 2022.
