As we know, Hera Pheri 3 is in making, the trio, Akshay, Suniel and Paresh Rawal will be again seen together. Are you ready for the fun? There were a  lot of speculations until we got the confirmation of the sequel. At first, Akshay denied to be a part of the film and Kartik was casted for a role. Later Suniel Shetty convienced Akshay to play the role and Kartik was removed from the project. 

In a recent interview, Suniel Shetty was asked if the story of the sequel will be taking a leap as it is coming after almost 27 years of the last sequel. To this the actor said, “Yes and no. Because the characters are the same and it is their journey so they don’t need to take that kind of a leap from a story perspective. All I know is that it is a great script, it is an emotional journey of these three guys and their struggles and then Baba coming in, so it should be fun.”

 He also talked about the fear he has for this installment of the franchise, “The only fear is — can we even get remotely close to the original? So there I think… if we do things honestly, because Hera Pheri was a very honest film and if we maintain that honesty (then) people will latch on to that film because it’s got a great recall value, so I am looking forward to it.”

The worries are natural and practical, the industry and the audience have both changed drastically in this span of time. Now the making, expectation, demand, nothing is same like that of 17 years back. Don't we see that? But Hera Pheri franchise has a seperate fanbase so there are high chances of it not getting affected by the changes. We wish ans hope the best for the project.
