Sushant Case: Rhea to Go the Legal Way Against SSR’s Family?
Sushant Singh Rajput’s family continues to make serious allegations against Rhea Chakraborty. It is reported that she has been planning to take legal action against them.
The mystery over SSR’s death doesn’t seem to be suicide anymore. Each day is opening a new Pandora of the box. If you see Rhea’s recent interview at some point you will feel she is innocent and is being dragged. But then some shocking news comes up. Recently, SSR’s ex-manager Shruti Modi reached the ED. She said Rhea kept Sushant unconscious for about 3 months and made him sign on cheques.
While Rhea is being the prime accused in the case, the late actor’s family has been making serious allegations against her. Now as per some developments in the case, there are reports that Rhea is planning to take legal action against Sushant’s family along with the prosecution for alleged making false allegations against her in front of the investigating authorities.
Rhea’s lawyer, Satish Maneshinde, has claimed that the prescription and chats of Sushant’s sister has dropped hints about the family knew about the mental health of the actor.
Satish said, ‘the prescription and the chats of the two sisters of SSR clearly indicate that the family was aware of Sushant’s mental health. They were exchanging prescription notes of medication and lied to the court and ED. Besides the consultation is also illegal and if even an online consultation has happened the doctors give prescription to an existing patient whose history he knows in advance.’
The lawyer has also stated that SSR’s sister Priyanka had changed his medications without any prescriptions after chatting with Sushant. He alleged that Priyanka asked Sushant to take three different medicines, that too without any prescription. He further said that as Rhea raised a voice against it that led to a fight between her and Sushant. Sushant asked Rhea to leave the house post this. On this Rhea talked to Mahesh Bhatt who reminded him to ‘not forget her worth’ as a mentor.
