Parineeti Chopra shared a series of gorgeous Diwali photos with her husband, Raghav Chadha.

Parineeti Chopra has posted a slew of gorgeous photos from her first Diwali with husband Raghav Chadha following their September wedding. The actor and politician looked great in black and red clothes while celebrating the festival of lights at home.

Parineeti is looking at Raghav Chadha's face as he stares at the camera in the first image. He is dressed in a black kurta with a black-red dupatta and she is dressed in a crimson, shimmering saree with a full-sleeved shirt. A second image shows them seated on the floor next to a huge, elaborate tub of water, complete with diyas and flowers.

Parineeti planted a kiss on Raghav's cheek as he grinned brightly in the final image. The shot was captioned "My home."

Parineeti and Raghav, both members of the Aam Aadmi Party, married in Udaipur in front of just their closest relatives and friends. Tennis star Sania Mirza and former cricketer Harbhajan Singh were among those who attended Parineeti's wedding. Raghav's party leaders, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, were also present. Priyanka Chopra, Parineeti's celebrity cousin, did not attend the wedding.

Parineeti recently posted a series of photos with Raghav on his birthday, captioning them, "You're the best gift God has given me, my Ragaii! Your knowledge and mind astound me. Your ideals, honesty, and religion inspire me to be a better person. Every day, your dedication to family makes me feel grateful. You're a vintage guy living in a crazy world. Your serenity is my medication. Because you were born today, this is definitely my favorite day. Happy birthday, Mr. Thank you for re-selecting me."

"We prayed to God to bless us, and he gave us you....The greatest blessing of all," her mother wrote for Raghav. Thank you for entering our lives and enhancing them. Thank you for being you and providing us with a family we can call our own. We love you so much that we celebrate you now and every day. Always be joyful and blessed. We are overjoyed to be able to refer to you as our son. Your calm strength, outstanding brains, wit and humour, and appealing grin had us hooked from the first time we met you!!

In Chamkila, Parineeti will co-star alongside Diljit Dosanjh. The film, directed by Imtiaz Ali, is about two famous Punjabi singers, Amarjot Kaur and Amar Singh Chamkila.
