This Is Why Rohit Shetty's Singham Has Moved From Its Earlier Independence Day Release!!

The true cause behind the postponement of Singham starring Ajay Devgn and Rohit Shetty.

One of the most eagerly awaited films of the year is Singham Again, directed by Rohit Shetty and starring Ajay Devgn in the lead role. The movie was supposed to come out on Independence Day weekend, competing with Pushpa 2 - The Rule, starring Allu Arjun and Sukumar. However, word on the street is that the movie won't be able to make it in time, and the producers are now planning to release it around Diwali.

Singham Again filming is reportedly taking longer than expected, and Rohit and Ajay don't want to cut corners in order to finish the movie by the deadline. However, much is going on in the background. Midday revealed in February that Tiger has joined the Mumbai filming. While Rohit was eager to finish the movie by the end of February, things didn't work out. Ajay and Arjun Kapoor, who portrays the antagonist in the movie, were filming together when the schedule was pushed back to April. A lengthy schedule was scheduled for the months of February and March, but due to scheduling conflicts, it had to be cancelled, an exclusive source told. Nevertheless, in the interim, Rohit finished a significant portion of the film's post-production work.

The source further stated that Singham Again would have been released on August 15th if all had gone according to plan. The fact that Rohit has committed his dates for his action-reality programme Khatron Ke Khiladi is another reason for the film's postponement. By late May/early June, he is scheduled to take a plane to Argentina, where he will spend at least a month. The movie has been postponed as a result of all of this combined. On September 16, Rohit Shetty, Ajay Devgn, and Ranveer Singh attended a Mahurat puja at Yash Raj Studios, marking Singham's return to the big screen.

The action then shifted to Hyderabad, where Kareena Kapoor and Akshay Kumar joined the crew shortly after. The crew was expected to be in Ramoji Film City for a minimum of one month. After that, the actor relocated to Mumbai in December. There, in the middle of an action scene, a punch inadvertently struck Ajay's face, injuring his eyes, according to a mid-day story. In January, Rohit was shooting Singham Again in addition to promoting his OTT debut show Indian Police Force, which he co-starred in with Sidharth Malhotra. In actuality, he rushed to Hyderabad to begin filming the movie after wrapping up a round of interviews in Mumbai.

Even though Rohit Shetty and crew have been working hard to finish the film, Singham Again appears to be headed for a postponement.

Some of the greatest names in the industry, including Tiger Shroff, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Arjun Kapoor, Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh, and Akshay Kumar, star in it.
