Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan are two of Bollywood's biggest stars. In their lengthy film career, the two have appeared in a number of films. Off-screen, both actors have a strong friendship. It all started on Karan Arjun's sets.

 

Their friendship, however, encountered a snag in 2008. Despite this, they quickly overcame their differences and became a strong friendship. No one would have expected this story regarding celebrities SRK and Salman Khan.

 

Shah Rukh Khan reportedly offered Salman's name for his 2000 mega hit "Kal Ho Naa Ho." This revelation was made by filmmaker Nikhil Advani in the Samar Khan book "SRK 25 Years of Life." According to the director, SRK travelled to Germany after four to five days of filming. The following day, the superstar called Nikhil to inform him that his back ailment would prevent him from continuing the film. King Khan informed Nikhil that the project would have to be cancelled because the technique was more difficult than he had anticipated.

 

Following that, Shah Rukh approached his close friend Karan Johar to recruit Salman. Nikhil and Karan, however, both rejected SRK's suggestion. They informed him that the script was written with him in mind and that they would be willing to postpone filming by nine months. There's also a plot twist.
Salman Khan did not replace Shah Rukh Khan as the film's primary character, although he did appear in an unscheduled cameo. According to a report, Dabangg Khan appeared in a scene on the ship where Naina, Sweetu, and Aman met "Frankie Ramdayal." Despite a substantial amount of the scenario being cut, Salman, costumed as a musician, could still be seen standing behind Frankie.
