When Mouni Roy Impressed us With Her White & Red Silk Saree On Her Wedding

Our Naagin fame, Mouni Roy recently got married to a Dubai based businessman. She turned to be a beautiful bride. Fans and well wishers poured their blessing on the couple at their wedding in Goa. As they belong to different cultural roots they embraced both Bengali and Malyali traditions.

Mouni is a Bengali girl and their traditional attire is a saree ruled by the hue of red and white and silk is something which the south indians keep close to their hearts so she bought together these two things and created her bridal look.

The white silk saree with red borders were a complemented with the blend of jacquard and brocade work in gold zari. She wore this with a half-sleeved red blouse that truly was an example of a very exquisite design. Her look also gave us a glimpse of regal antique gold temple jewellery that's massively popular in the South. The pendant had Lord Ganesha craved and looked magical with choker, kadas stacked, jhumkas and the matha (forehead), and Kamar (waist) Patti. Her hair was perfectly braided and adorned with fresh mogra. She had a classy makeup which was to the point with eyebrows neatly done, smokey eyes, bindi, kohl-rimmed eyes, and glossy lips.

Mr. Nambiar, her husband wore a short full-sleeved kurta painted in a neutral tone. It bore gold embroidery that had the look of mini polka dots. He wore this attire with kasavu mundu. Nothing like home, nothing like keeping up with traditions. His beard and hairdo were well-groomed.

I can definately say them to be the perfect couple!
