Sikandar Ka Muqaddar Movie Review!!!

Uncaptioned for films like Baby and Sikandar Ka Muqaddar, Neeraj Pandey is back to entertain the audience the way he did with Special 26. Contrary to the above film, Auron Mein Kahaan Dum Tha, the audience had low expectations after a boring response to this singer’s last film. Although the movie does begin with a lot of promise, the problem of fluctuating pace affects it greatly and keeps it from reaching its potential.
A Diamond Heist That Sparks the Plot
They are Sikanadar, Kamini, his wife, and Jaswinder Singh, a police officer played by Avinash Tiwari, Tamannah Bhatia, and Jimmy Shergill, respectively. Sikandar is arrested as a suspect, and the film begins when there is a diamond theft at a jewelry exhibition. Sikandar rises and falls from his position and has a troubled life even if there is nothing against him, and his fight against his destiny, his muqaddar, becomes the emotional journey of the movie. The main change happens fifteen years later when Jaswinder calls, and the story goes towards its climax.

Gripping Start, Faltering Middle
It is, hence, with much suspense that Pandey sets the movie from the go as the film starts on an urgent, thrilling tone. The thriller about diamonds and the constant conflict between Sikandar and Jaswinder keep patients busy at first. Yet, since the midpoint of the play more or less, the plot has become the tragic story of Sikandar’s life. It caused down pace, and some audiences say that they wanted that first gothic suspense back.

Performances and Weak Links
Avinash Tiwary has stepped it up and was true to the material, enacting the role of Sikandar well with his. Aggressive, vulnerable persona. Jimmy Shergill is yet again making his mark and giving a richer dimension to the raw and ruthless cop Jaswinder. Tamannaah Bhatia is barely given a role to play, but when given work, she does a decent job. Attempts at merging different genres include thriller, drama, and romance, but the integration of a romantic song only feels awkward and out of place.

A Mixed Bag
Sikandar Ka Muqaddar can be broadly distinguished by its witty title as well as an intriguing concept in general. Still, it could not turn into a masterpiece due to its successful predictions and excessively lengthy finale. Nevertheless, a movie fan who is accustomed to the thriller genre will have some opportunities to be engaged during the time spent on the plot’s perception. Now streaming on Netflix, it’s worth a shot if you can get past some of the problems in its execution.
