‘Adipurush’: Om Raut Kick-Starts Test Shoot of the Prabhas and Saif Ali Khan Starrer

Filmmaker Om Raut is all set to kick-start the test shoot of his upcoming magnum opus, ‘Adipurush’. The film is based on the Ramayana and stars Prabhas as Lord Ram and Saif Ali Khan as Raavan.

The makers have begun the shoot of the film from today. The film is heavy on VFX and the team will be using new techniques of the motion picture to create never seen before experience for the audience.

The director and the technical team will be shooting in a closed environment with a chroma setup to get used to shooting with new technology before they start the actual shoot with the cast.

The actual shoot of the film will start by February end or early March. Prabhas has already starred prepping for the role by working for a lean body and learning archery. Saif, too, will be undergoing several acting workshops and undergo body language training to play the evil Raavan on screen.

Kriti Sanon is also a part of the movie. She will be seen essaying the role of Sita in the epic saga.
