This brand was founded with one vision to bring the timeless art of Chikankari into our wardrobes. With fast fashion being the trend today what this brand provides is something that will last for a long time, a piece of clothing that will never go out of fashion and something you will always look at more like an investment which will never go out of fashion. The other aspect of the brand that I really enjoyed is the shopping experience itself. The website is so well designed and categorized that it makes it easy for you to choose what you are looking for. Be it a festive look or a top or a everyday kurta you can navigate to the product in 2 clicks. Unlike many other brands that take you to a whirlwind of products before actually arriving to what you were looking for this brand has paid special attention to making it user friendly and valuing their customers time.

So while ordering I made a mistake in size selection and was curious to know how easy their returns were. Not only was the returns process easy but I got a personalized call to ask what I wanted,  a refund or replacement. How many brands today pay such special attention to their customers, not many.

I ordered a pink Zainab Chikankari Mulmul kurta and the kurta and is prettier than the photo and so soft I could wear it all the time. They also sent a card with the kurta sharing some details about the type of stitches used on the kurta which was exciting to read. The fitting is true to size and the length is perfect even if you are tall. With the festive season coming up I am ordering a few more sets from them to wear without having to run around and be at peace that they will be better than advertised.
