Malavika Jayaram was butt of the jokes in numerous memes during the CoVID 19 Lockdown. Though still yet to star in a movie, she has become a familair face to the Malayalam audience. Along with her father Jayaram she starred in a commercial for a jewellery. The ad revolved around the theme of a Father’s “dream” to get his daughter married.

This ad gave rise to a lot of rumours ranging from Malavika’s marriage to her entry to Mollywood. Since nepotism runs deep in Indian movie industry it wouldn’t come as a surprise to see Malavika in an upcoming movie. Her brother Kalidas Jayaram is already a superstar in South India.

The rumours of marriage started when she shared an image of Haldi celebration. It was infact a photoshoot for jewellery. She has been active in the modeling circles for a while now. In a recent Instagram post she announced that she is not marrying anytime soon. She also suggested a Designer if anybody is interested to get married soon.

A lot of fans had also come forward regarding the nature of trolls that the ad provoked. Some of were borderline abusive. Malavika hopes that this post would end the rumours regarding her marriage.
