How Milk & Banana Can Help You Gain Weight

 

Whenever you will talk about weight gain there will be a mention of bananas. Bananas and weight gain have an old relation. It has helped many people become fit from skinny. No matter whoever you consult, if you are skinny, you will be suggested to eat lots of bananas with milk. Bananas are very rich in calories and vitamin B6 which help in blood circulation. You must consume banana as smoothie or milkshake for maximum benefit. You can eat banana in various forms. Today, we will be discussing some of these recipes. 

Banana Smoothie with Milk and Honey 

Cut some slices of bananas, almonds, raisins and whichever dry fruits you like. Put all the ingrdients in a mixture with some dark chocolate, honey and milk. Shake it well and your smoothie is ready, If you drink this regularly, you will see changes in around 10 days. 

Banana with Oats Milkshake

Pur some water it a bowl of oats and cook it later allow it to cool down. Now cut some banana slices. Mix the cooked oats, banana pieces and milk nicely in a mixture with desired amount of sugar and yur shake is ready. 

Banana Cream Pie Milkshake 

Blend some ice cream, preferably vanilla, nilla wafer, milk in a blender for the desired consistency. Top the shake with some banana slice and ice cream to enjoy.
