His first breakthrough was to play music with ‘Jhankaar and Chatterjee Bros’. He moved to Mumbai in 1985 and became one of the famous musician in the music industry. He gave his music in movies like Ram Laxman, Maine Pyar Kiya, etc. From here, he never looked back and worked with the renowned directors in Bollywood.

He has taken ethnic music to next level and follows a different path for music. His performances resemble the originality and has given some serious goals to other.
