After Jawan, AK-62 Nayanthara Decided To Discontinue Acting To Concentrate On Her Babies

If reports are true, the actress is all set to quit her acting career and work on production. Nayanthara has been one of the most popular stars in the Tamil and Telugu film industries for over ten years. Now she is ready to debut in Bollywood alongside Shah Rukh Khan in Jawan. But Jawan might be her last film.

There are reports that Nayanthara is quitting acting after Jawan to focus on her twins. Last year, Nayanthara got married to Vignesh Shivn after dating him for many years. This year both of them welcomed twin boys, Ulagam and Uyir, through surrogacy. It’s been said that the actress wants to give more time to her kids, which is why she chose to quit acting. But she will be producing movies. Also, no official news has come about this.

The directorial movie of Atlee, Jawan stars Nayanthara, Shah Rukh Khan, and Vijay Sethupathi. In June 2023, the movie is all set to hit the big screen. After Jawan, Nayanthara has three more movies scheduled, including Alphonse Puthren’s Paattu, AK-62, a big budget movie, and the 62nd project of Ajith Kumar, which is also being directed by her husband Vignesh.

Nayanthara will also be part of the Nilesh Krishna film, which is her 75th release. Last year, the filmmaker told The Hindu that it was "amazing" to recognise that Mrs. Nayanthara will be the lady protagonist and that this will be her 75th movie. The actor also signed "Auto Jaani of Puri Jagannadh."
