Akira Nandan is the son of Power star- Pawan Kalyan and Renu Desai, though the couple are not on good terms after their Divorce. Akira maintains a very good relationship with his mother and father individually. There are two recent instances when Akira (his height) made it to the headline.

In December 2020, Niharika Konidela and Chaitanya's private wedding was held in Udaipur. At this event the whole mega family was present, with a few other close relatives and friends. Though Renu Desai didn't attend the wedding, it was Akira who stole the spotlight and stunned many with his swanky look. His kids Akira Nandan, Aadya and ex- wife Renu Desai are also good friends of him. With this meeting, he revealed Akira was 6 feet 4 inches with a booming voice.
