Born on 16 August 1982 in Mumbai, Gautam Kitchlu belongs to a high class business family. His father is an eminent businessman. Whereas, his mother Dheera Kitchlu, is an author and an experimenting artist. Kitchlu had a sister by name Gauri Kitchlu who is also a businesswomen by profession. She married Nitin Nayar.  

 

Career

Gautam Kitchlu completed his early schooling at Cathedral & John Cannon Public School, Mumbai. After that, he went to Massachusetts and enrolled himself at Tufts University from where he completed his higher studies in Bachelor of Arts. Now he is an interior designer and tech expert. 

Currently, Gautam runs a Mumbai-based e-commerce company called Discern Living. The company provides interior design and home decoration services to customers. Gautam sells house designing, room designing as well as designer furniture, decor items, paintings and other household items.

He is pretty active on social media. However, there are more Home Designing posts on Instagram than in his personal posts. He posts good designs telling how to decorate the house and rooms. In addition, Gautam also participates in the Mumbai Marathon. He is a good runner.
