Interesting Facts About Karthi’s Wife Ranjini

Ranjini Chinnaswamy is the wife of leading Tamil actor Karthik Shivakumar better known by his stage name Karthi. He is the second son of veteran actor Shivakumar and wife Lakshmi. The actor had two siblings, an elder brother named Suriya, who is also into films, and a younger sister- Brindha. Tamil film actress Jyothika is Karthi’s sister-in-law. 

Karthi's wife is very supportive and takes care of the family which makes him take the right decision and shine bright in the industry.  

Family & Education

Ranjini Chinnaswamy was born and brought up in Goundampalayam, Erode, Tamil Nadu. Her real name is Ranjini Karthi, father’s name is Chinnaswamy, and her mother’s name is Jothi Meenakshi. She completed her Master of Arts in English Literature from Stella Maris College, Chennai. Ranjini was good at studies; she also won a gold medal during her Master's degree.

Post the completion of her masters degree she got engaged to renowned tamil actor Karthi on 29th April 2011 at Ranjani’s native village, Goundampalayam in Erode District. Then Karthi and Ranjani Chinnaswamy married on 3rd July 2011 was held at the CODISSIA trade fair complex in Coimbatore. On 11th January 2013 the duo were blessed with a daughter named Umayaal.
