Sridevi's Mother Approached Dr Rajasekhar's Family For Marriage Proposal?

Angry Young Man Rajasekhar's roots are from Tamil Nadu who started his career as an actor in the year 1985 with a Telugu film Vande Mataram. Though being an actor wasn't his first choice he entertained the audience for three decades now. Many of you may not have known that this accomplished senior actor is a qualified doctor too. After the completion of M.B.B.S and practising briefly, Dr Rajasekhar started his film Career.
In an interview with a popular Telugu news channel Rajashekar has revealed an interesting jiff between the two families.
The Garudavega Actor said, " Sridevi's Mother was keen on getting him hitched with her daughter. He also noted that 'her mother liked him alot and it was just a proposal'. At that time Dr Rajasekhar didn't even enter the film industry, while Sridevi was already a huge star. His family opposed the proposal saying he has to further study and also rejected noting she was into movies. However, later on, Dr Rajasekhar went on to act in films and ended up marrying his co-star Jeevitha.”
