Leo, starring Thalapathy Vijay and Lokesh Kanagaraj, is one of the most talked-about flicks. The film's first schedule, which lasted a month in Kashmir, has concluded. The director announced the pack of the schedule with a special BTS video to give tribute to the crew of Leo.
Lokesh Kanagaraj took to Twitter to pay gratitude to the crew of Leo, who laboured behind the scenes in temperatures ranging from 5 to 6 degrees Celsius. The video shows the cast speaking the struggle shooting in the snow and also gave glimpses of how they cooked, ate and etc during the shoot. The director praised everyone on the crew for making the Kashmir schedule a reality.
Lokesh Kanagaraj said of the special tribute video to Leo, "Massive appreciation to the cast and crew of #LEO who worked very hard no matter what, in the process of entertaining people." This tribute is for you all #TheCrewBehindLEO#KashmirScheduleWrap." In fact, the team of Leo also experienced an earthquake while shooting in Kashmir. The 'team took to their Twitter page to share that they are safe.
Leo's filming schedule
Leo, the highly anticipated second collaboration between popular performer Thalapathy Vijay and renowned filmmaker Lokesh Kanagaraj, began filming in Kashmir in early 2023. This schedule in Kashmir included Vijay, Trisha Krishnan, Mysskin, Sanjay Dutt, Gautham Vasudev Menon, and many other cast members.
After more than a month of shooting, director Lokesh Kanagaraj and his crew plan to take a 10- to 15-day break before beginning the next schedule of Leo. The rest of the film will be shot entirely in Chennai, with production set to commence in the second week of April 2023.
