Top 5 Reasons Why Hamari Adhuri Kahani Failed At Box Office in 2015

Hamari Adhuri Kahani is a 2015 film directed by Mohit Suri and was released on 12 June 2015. This film collected 41.23 crores. Which is far away from the collection of blockbusters. So, here are some reasons why this film failed at the box office. 

1.  In this film the sadness is too much. Like, in this film there is not a single happy scene. All the characters tell different stories which interconnected with each other but are confusing. 

2. In this film there is a dialogue ' Main sadhak pe padha koi Sikka Nahi Kisi Aur ki milkhiyat hu!' This movie is full of this type of dialogue. For me, this is too much. We are living in a modern age, and in this age these dialogues are pointless. So, the characters couldn't connect with the audience. 

3. The screenplays are illogical. Like there is a scene where Vidya leaves for Dubai but there is no clue what happened with his son. In another scene, Vidya leaves the hotel cause she doesn't want to lead on Emraan Hashmi. And here comes the fun part. Vidya decides to walk through vast instead of taking a cab. Then Emran finds her soon. Well, there are more. Like, at first the audience is left to believe that Emran loses his father but suddenly it is revealed that he is alive but in a coma. These are some examples, and there are many more. 

4.  And here comes the casting. Vidya looked elder than her two co-actors. Yes, we can't point figure on Bidya's acting but this could be better if the casting was proper.
