Bhuma Mounika Reddy, a prominent Indian politician from the well-known Bhuma family, was born in Allagadda, Andhra Pradesh, on July 24, 1984. She began her political career with the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) and ran for the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly in 2014, but she was unsuccessful. After her father passed away in 2016, Mounika became a member of the YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) and went on to win the Allagadda constituency by-elections. Devoted to her work as a lawmaker, she gave constituency development top priority while concentrating on infrastructure, healthcare, and education. Sadly, Mounika Reddy passed away in a car accident on April 23, 2017, leaving a legacy of dedication and service.
