Chirag S. Katrecha was born on June 19, 1998, in Rajkot, Gujarat, but he spent most of his early years living in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Chirag grew up in a Gujarati family and completed his education at St. Mary’s High School after spending most of his younger years in Mumbai. Since childhood, Chirag has had a natural affinity for the performing arts, particularly dance, by participating in numerous cultural programs and stage events to help build his self-confidence and further develop his skills early on.

Film Debut

Chirag started his career as an actor in Hindi Cinema (Film) with a supporting role in URI: The Surgical Strike in 2019. He went on to appear in Batla House in the same year as the character Zia; these performances provided him with the chance to gain valuable experience and exposure to mainstream cinema.

Short Films

As his portfolio expanded in 2020, Chirag took part in O Hero (where he played Don) and Off The Record (where he portrayed Young Aditya). Both of these projects provided him with the opportunity to work with diverse types of characters and showcase his versatility as an actor.

Chirag began his journey in the digital world with Netflix’s Sacred Games in 2019, where he played the role of the character Young Sartaj. Then he appeared in Pawan & Pooja in 2020.
