icon claims
Govinda has stated on multiple occasions that he was offered Sam Worthington's part in the 2009 film icon directed by James Cameron. Govinda also stated that he suggested the title of the film to Cameron and that he refused the part because he was unintentional to paint his body blue, despite the fact that Avatar reckoned on expansive CGI and not blue makeup. His claims were met with wide trolling on social media. Neither Cameron, nor any member of the Avatar ballot has verified this claim to be true. Former CBFC chief and film patron Pahlaj Nihalani latterly refuted Govinda's claims. In an interview with Friday Pictures, Pahlaj said that the actor- politician confused icon with his own untreated Hindi film of the same name.
