Mithun Chakraborty is one of the most famous Indian actors and also a politician. He was born on June 16, 1950, in the city of Kolkata. He is of the zodiac sign Gemini. His studies were done at Scottish Church College, Kolkata, and then onwards at Film and Television Institute of India, Pune.
His father is Basant Kumar Chakraborty and mother is Shantirani Chakraborty. Mithun Chakraborty married the popular film actress Yogeeta Bali. From her, he has four children, two sons, namely Mahaakshay and Namashi and two daughters, namely Dishani and Ushmey Chakraborty.
