Sushma Andhare is an Indian politician, lawyer, lecturer and writer. She was born on 8 November, 1976 in Padoli , Ajoli Kalamba Talukaand. She is currently 46 years old and a total people's person. Today, let us talk about her journey, qualifications, acheivements and her life. 

Her father's name is Dattarao Gutte. She started to work as a social worker which bought her the opportunity to become a politician in the ndian Political Party Shiv Sena. She then got married to Vaijnath Waghmare. They have been married for a long time now and have a daughter named Kabira. 

Sushmaji has done many jobs before she went into politics. As she completed her M.A she became a professor of Political Science. Later, she completed her LLB and joined as the Deputy Director at Yashoda Training Institute in Samta Samajik Naya Vibhag. She also got the chance to work as the Pune audition editor of her interest Dainik Loknayak newspaper. And after this she came into politics.
