Tejaswini Wiki

Tejaswini Manogna Born May 19, 1994  Country of origin Place of birth Indian model and beauty pageant titleholder who also is a trained medical doctor. She had recieved Divine Miss Earth India 2019, which allowed her to represent India at the Miss Earth pageant, which was held in Parañaque City, Philippines.

Early Life and Education

Born in Hyderabad, Telangana, Tejaswini was a product of Rosary Convent High School. She was an extremely energetic member of the National Cadet Corps and at the age of 16 years she became the Best NCC Cadet and the Best Shooter amongst one million cadets in the country. She received the Young Achiever Award for it at the SAARC meeting in Sri Lanka. 

She also has national certification in Bharatanatyam awarded by Doordarshan and the Ministry of Culture. Tejaswini had performed all over and even to the erstwhile President of India, Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, and she has even given a performance. She holds a diploma in yoga and has even taught herself in Hyderabad.

Pageantry Career

As part of her efforts for the pageant world, in 2017, Tejaswini was also featured in Miss Diva 2017. There, she received several titles, including winning titles like Miss Talented and Best Makeover. In addition, she became a participant in Femina Miss Telangana 2019 and secured a position among the top three state finalists. Then, she emerged as the winner of the Divine Miss India contest that same year. These won her the 'Beauty for a Cause' title due to her eco-friendly projects.

Miss Earth 2019

Tejaswini is Miss Earth India 2019. She represented India at Miss Earth 2019. She won the Miss Global Choice and Eco Trivia awards as well as did great in the talent round as she was doing Bharatanatyam as a tribute to Mother Earth. She also took the third position in Best in Long Gown. It was on October 26, 2019, in the Philippines.
