Bollywood Blind Item: This Filmmaker & His CEO Have Been Fighting

As per a source, this filmmaker who ranks among the most powerful people in the industry has been fighting a lot with the CEO of his production house over financial issues. While they have made millions over their blockbuster production, distribution deals, a big-budget VFX heavy film that has been in the making for several years has been bleeding them dry. A public fallout with a young heartthrob burnt a 20cr hole in their pockets. The CEO is worried about their finances & is hoping that the pandemic ends soon & their movies start releasing in the theatres. Their OTT deals are not enough to keep them afloat. 

The CEO in question is also the studio boss's BFF. He quit his job abroad the moment the filmmaker called him up & requested him to help him out with his business post his father's death. The filmmaker is just another spoilt South Bombay kid who has no clue about managing his money. That explains why he is not half as wealthy as a studio boss who was once his mentor. Had it not been for the CEO the filmmaker would have gone bankrupt by now.

Our sources inform us that these fights although intense won't affect their long-term equation. The CEO isn't going anywhere anytime soon.
