Bollywood Blind Item: This Young Superstar Has Been Banned From A Studio

This young superstar, who hasn't had a release in the last 2 years, has been banned from the studio that launched him. The studio boss, who is also his ex-mentor, hasn't taken kindly to him walking out of their talent management agency. As per a source, the studio boss had envisioned rebooting a blockbuster action franchise with him in the lead. But when he walked out, the studio boss offered the movie to his rival superstar instead. His upcoming spy thriller has been pushed to Eid next year. That means he won't be having a release this year either. He has returned the money he received as salary for the movie & has turned into one of the producers. If the movie works, the young superstar is likely to sign at least one more movie with the filmmaker who is directing the spy thriller. Apart from this, he has bagged three other projects.

While he was going through a purple patch sometime back, his recent performance has been lacklustre. His last release was well received, but all his other movies have flopped. The fact that his rival superstar has stolen a march must hurt. His rival also has a much better lineup of movies. It looks unlikely that this young superstar will be able to catch up with his rival anytime soon. But then he did catch up to him a few years back. Will he be able to repeat that feat?
