1. Sajid Khan:

Sajid Khan had returned to India from US and the couple dated for a while before calling it off due the actress’s busy schedule and work commitments. Moreover, Sajid’s breaking up the relationship is also due to the fact that he met his future wife and then called off the relationship.

2. Navin Nischol:

After breaking up with Sajid, Rekha was love struck by her co-star Navin Nischol. She was going to make her debut in Bollywood by Sawaan Bhadon and she was interested in the naïve nature of Navin.

3. Biswajit Chatterjee:

Rekha had shared her first on-screen kiss with Biswajit Chatterjee and eventually they fell in love. However, like all her previous love affairs, this one also did not last for long.

4. Jeetendra:

Jeetendra is also known as the playboy of Bollywood. So, he tried to impress Rekha and they eventually fell in love together. However, the relationship took the road not expected by any and eventually failed.

7. Yash Kohli:

The nephew of Dev Anand, Yash Kohli had married Rekha and brought stability in her life. However, the couple later filed for divorce and got separated.

Yash and Kiran were best friends in the industry. So, in order to make the former jealous, she started a relationship with Kiran, however, there are rumours that she was really not interested in Kiran at all.

9. Amitabh Bachchan:

Her affair with Bollywood’s Big B was the most controversial love affair out of the lot. In order to shoot ‘Do Anjaane’, they both met and fell in love with each other. Amitabh, was then married and had 3 kids, however, Rekha did not want to be called as the second woman and that is why they broke off the relationship.

10. Mukesh Aggarwal:

Rekha then married a Delhi-based industrialist called Mukesh Aggarwal in 1990. However, it seemed that Rekha’s woes were interminable as Mukesh had committed suicide just after one year.

11. Akshay Kumar:

Rekha was also rumoured to share an intimacy with Akshay Kumar. However, during that time, Akshay was in relationship with Raveena Tandon, who did not like the growing intimacy. So, she started accompanying the actor to the sets and eventually the relationship between the two was over.

12. Sanjay Dutt:

Rekha was also rumoured to have an affair with Sanjay Dutt in order to get back at Amitabh. However, this affair, like all the previous ones, did not last for long.
