Ranveer Singh once claimed that working with Priyanka Chopra felt like coming home. Dil Dhadakne Do, directed by Zoya Akhtar, continues to be a fan favourite. Everything, including the songs, characters, and storyline, seemed to have contributed to the film's great popularity. Even after nine years, the film continues to maintain a particular place in the hearts of its admirers.
To commemorate the 9th anniversary of the hit film starring Ranveer Singh, Anil Kapoor, Priyanka Chopra, Shefali Shah, Farhan Akhtar, and Anushka Sharma, Tiger Baby's official Instagram account has uploaded a BTS video. She was seeking for someone who was fit and would be suitable for a business tycoon character, among other things, when Reema Kagti recommended the actor's name. Priyanka Chopra went on to claim that he is a fantastic actor.
Ranveer Singh is heard saying, "It feels like home when you work with Peecee." It is quite soothing. "Such a solid actor and team player." Priyanka says, "I love Ranveer." He's just a genuinely cool guy. He enjoys being an actor so much.”
Zoya Akhtar shared a flashback image. The director of Dil Dhadakne Do took to Instagram to offer a flashback photo from the film's release day. The picture shows the outside of Mumbai's famed Eros theatre with the film's poster.
Zoya Akhtar recently met with actor Aamir Khan to propose an idea. She is supposed to be developing the idea for a slice-of-life film featuring a middle-aged protagonist. "While the story and concept draft are complete, the filmmaker has yet to convert it into screenplay format," said a source close to the project. According to the insider, Aamir likes the idea and is looking forward to working with Zoya because she is an age-appropriate persona for him.
