Aamir Khan & Anushka Sharma To Reunite In Campiones Remake

AAMIR KHAN and ANUSHKA SHARMA are likely to reunite after EIGHT years in the Hindi remake of 2018's Spanish Film CAMPIONES.
The film will be directed by RS PRASANNA (Shubh Mangal Saavdhan) and will be produced by Aamir Khan, Karnessh Sharma and Sony Pictures India. Anushka will join the sets of this film after completing the shoot of Netflix film CHAKDA EXPRESS.
Set in Punjab, Aamir will play a stubborn, drunk and hot-headed minor league BASKETBALL COACH who is sentenced to community service and forced to coach a Special Olympics team, whose players have a range of learning disabilities. The film is expected to get off the ground in late 2022.
However, his supposedly next film which was MOGUL - A Biopic on GULSHAN KUMAR has now been kept on HOLD Again.
