1. Maintaining a healthy sleep cycle
Akshay takes the adage "early to bed, early to wake" to heart. Despite his hectic schedule, the actor is able to get up before sunrise and eat his final meal before sundown. Every day, the actor gets up at 5:30 a.m. and is in bed by 9:00 p.m.
2. Not adhering to the established fitness requirements
Akshay isn't preoccupied with having six-pack abs or a chiselled physique, either. He believes that staying fit requires keeping your body active, and that there are many ways to do so without going to the gym.

Kickboxing, shadow boxing, and basketball are among the actor's favourite sports. He's also a big yoga fan. His morning training routine consists of an hour of swimming, martial arts practise, yoga, and stretching exercises. He wraps up this session with an hour of meditation for mental well-being.
