Vicky Kaushal's Movie Lineup for 2022-24

VICKY KAUSHAL has come on board to replace SHAHID KAPOOR in RAKESH OMPRAKASH MEHRA' Mythological drama based on the life of KARNA.
Earlier, RONNIE SCREWVALA came on board to co-produce this magnum opus which was supposed to star SHAHID in the titular role. But, the producer and the star have exited the project and now VICKY has been finalised for the titular role, which will now be backed by EXCEL ENTERTAINMENT, making their second collaboration after sports drama 'TOOFAAN' which starred FARHAN AKHTAR in the lead.
VICKY is also playing modern contemporary version of another warrior from Mahabharata - ASHWATTHAMA in Aditya Dhar's 'THE IMMORTAL ASHWATTHAMA' and has lined up many films such as SAM BAHADUR and RAJKUMAR HIRANI's next with SHAH RUKH KHAN in the lead. His 2022 releases include 'GOVINDA MERA NAAM' co-starring Bhumi Pednekar and Kiara Advani as well as his next with Sara Ali Khan which is tentatively titled LUKA CHHUPI.
