Making a successful film requires the contributions of many people. The cast of the movie is what you see on-screen, but the majority of the work is done by the people working off-screen. 1. Initiative

This is where the idea of the movie begins. It is the seed of the story and the desire to make that story known to all. It could take the form of a synopsis that covers the initial idea of what may become a successful movie if worked upon. 

2. Identification

This is where the creative producer identifies a potential story. The process of identifying a potential story that could be made into a movie sounds simple but is one of the most difficult tasks prior to actually starting work on a movie.
 

3. Imagination

After the successful identification of a plot, it is now the turn of the imagination to take responsibility. This is where the story develops, and once it does, it does not stop. This is where the creativity of the creative producer comes into play. The more creative a person is, the more wild his imagination is. It also includes imagining the requirements of the perfect fit for the cast and then proceeding towards hiring the right people as well. 

4. Implementation

This is where all the initiatives, identification, and imagination come into play. This is the part where the actual execution starts to take place. The producer now needs to make sure that everything is going according to his plan and schedule, within his decided budget. 

5. Innovation

After the execution of the idea begins, it is now in the hands of the creative producer as to how they innovate it. They can add as much innovation as they want to their project so that they can be sure that the movie stands out among the crowd!
