Nevertheless, besides the actress, her mother-in-law Today, Neetu Kapoor has captured everyone's attention as news broke that she had purchased a new flat in Mumbai. The star's investment in a new residence had only lately made headlines, and now her mother-in-law is the owner.

Neetu Kapoor has purchased a new property in Mumbai's Bandra Kurla Complex, according to sources in Hindustan Times. The condo, which is reportedly a four-bedroom luxury residence, is valued at Rs 17.4 crores. According to reports, the actress who made a comeback on the big screen with Jug Jugg Jeeyo last year has purchased a residence on the 17th level of the 19-story Sunteck Realty ultra-luxury development Signia Isle. The actress paid a stamp duty of Rs. 1.04 crore, and the property was registered on May 10 according to the registration paperwork. The apartment complex, which has 3,387 square feet, has three parking spaces.

For the uninitiated, Alia Bhatt dabbled in real estate and purchased various apartments in Bandra about a month ago. The first flat is 2,497 square feet in size and was purportedly purchased for Rs 37.80 crore by Alia's production company in Bandra West. According to reports, this new address is in Pali Hill's Aerial View Cooperative Housing Society Limited. She also paid Rs 2.26 crore in stamp duty, and the sale agreement is dated April 10, 2023. Aside from that, Alia is alleged to have given her sister Shaheen Bhatt two apartments valued Rs 7.68 crore. These flats are in the Gigi Apartment in Juhu.
