Cast of Jolly LLB 3

The Jolly LLB franchise has been a mix of courtroom drama and sharp humor and social comment, which Jolly LLB 3 looks to improve upon. Subhash Kapoor is back at the director’s chair for the third Jolly LLB installment. Also playing the role of writer in addition to direction, which he does so well, the film is going to carry forward the franchise’s large-scale success with its very present and clever sense of humor.

Ajit Andhare produces the film, which is also happens to be his association with many big projects through the Viacom18 Studios’ portfolio. That in itself puts out the message that Jolly LLB 3 is a high-scale production which will play to large audiences and also do well with critics.

The Stellar Cast

At the core of Jolly LLB 3 is its cast, which features a great mix of returning favorite characters and new elements:

• Akshay Kumar in the role of Advocate Jagdishwar "Jolly" Mishra

From Jolly LLB 2 which he also played in also Akshay Kumar will step into the role of Jolly Mishra again, donning the black coat. Known for his charm, energy, and gravitas in his characters, Akshay is out to serve up a dose of courtroom action mixed in with the lighter comedy.

• Huma Qureshi as Pushpa Mishra

Returning as Jolly Mishra’s wife, Huma Qureshi brings a warm and emotional element to the story. In the previous film, which featured their characters, she did very well, and we can look forward to more tender moments in this installment.

• Arshad Warsi represents in the court of Jagdish "Jolly" Tyagi.

In the first installment of Jolly LLB, we see Arshad Warsi back as our “Jolly”; he’s back by popular demand, it would seem. This time around, he is at it again in a one-of-a-kind courtroom face-off between two lawyers who bear the same moniker. Warsi’s comic timing is perfect, and his natural talent at acting is on full display, which in turn promises to make this legal docket a thrilling experience.

• Amrita Rao as Sandhya “Sandhu” Tyagi

Amrita Ra, in the role of Arshad Warsi’s wife, will bring an extra element of emotion to the story. In her character, we see the personal story, which also plays out with Tyagi’s legal fights.

• Saurabh Shukla as Justice Sunderlal Tripathi

The winner of the National Award is back as the beloved judge, which is also our sharp wit personification. He brings to life a character who is a mix of humor and wisdom, thus making him a fan favorite.

• Sushil Pandey as Raghunath Bhardwaj

A jack of all trades in the supporting role, once again does Sushil Pandeystepsp up to play a key role, which he fills with realism and texture in the legal drama.

The noted actress has joined the cast in a non-specified role, which is piquing the audience’s interest in what she will do in the story.

• Annu Kapoor as Advocate Pramod Mathur

To add more star power to the drama that plays out in the courtroom, we see the entry of veteran actor Annu Kapoor as a senior lawyer who is sure to turn heads.

What to Expect

With two of what I would term “Jollys” placed against each other in the film’s premise, Jolly LLB 3 is a bet on intense legal proceedings, high drama, and a lot of humor. In the trademark style of Subhash Kapoor, which is to mix satire in with social issues, it is put forth that this film will be a great deal more than just entertainment; it will also get people talking.
